This is sculpt i lazily made today, it's just a form sculpting, no real attention to details, only mass of the muscles and contour of the body.

Yesterday i tried to sculpt my first arm muscles without preparations, just by looking at pretty pictures of arm muscles. That was not a very bright idea, because i failed miserably. I guess, that was expected.
Still, today i'm making serious notes and preparations, writing down every detail i can find about every superficial muscle of the arm. I just finished making notes and taking pictures for Brachialis and Biceps Brachii. Very interesting stuff. I cant share with you my awesome notes, because, frankly, they are in russian language and they are no use to you anyway. But, i can recommend a book by Eliot Goldfinger for your anatomy study. Wonderful book.
Fun fact of the day: Did you know, that special characteristics of Short and Long head of the Biceps brachii can only be seen, when elbow is fully flexed?
